Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests are only valid if raised within 6 hours of successful order delivery
Requests made after 6 hours from delivery time will not be accepted
Customers must contact our support team within the eligible time window
Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
Opened boxes, damaged packaging, or used products are strictly non-returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product seal is broken
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
The order box or product seal has been opened
The product has been used or tampered with
The refund request is raised after the 6-hour window
The product has been damaged due to customer handling
Return Shipping Charges
All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Additional courier or handling charges may apply during the return process
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be reviewed
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted
Right to Refuse Refund
Myle Dubai reserves the right to:
Reject refund or return requests that do not meet the above conditions
Refuse refunds for products that show signs of misuse or policy violation
